Our COMET development team has a combined total of 400 plus years of Incident Investigation experience.
SENIOR PLC had a problem with incident investigation and RCA…they evaluated the market, and nothing met their expectations. Existing solutions were; too complex, too HSE focused, incomplete and lacking investigative rigor, too expensive.
So began 18 months of research & testing with SENIOR PLC the proof of concept client; we bound the target, documented what was missing, defined which application areas were needed, built and tested the RC spectrum which drove the name COMET, established a process & methodology, and built a training course. SENIOR were happy – they got their COMET.
First to join were Lloyds Register – who had similar needs to SENIOR!They tested COMET to destruction, which whilst daunting was a huge endorsement and gave us the confidence to go and recruit…
